The location was unbeatable for exploring this great area, so close to the front yard coffee / restaurant. The staff was competent, providing a terrific service. Comforts of double room were fabulous - a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and multi-channel television.

Place was stunningly beautiful and fabulous, greatly enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were BEAUTIFULly decorated and new-fashioned with private bathroom. It was overlooking garden the view was beautiful. All of the staff was amiable and competent. The location was central, magnificent in a great area. Avila Wall district was worth staying in.

It had central location close to Tower of Los Guzmanes. The personnel was competent and helpful, doing their best to assist.

It was outstanding time in Avila. Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by this brand-new hotel. The staff were all amicable and outstandingly accommodating. The location was perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Convento de Santa Teresa. Further, it was right by the restaurant, all the attractions of Avila and Ávila.

It has incredible and comfortable location in an old palace. Moreover, it is just next door to all the attractions of Avila as well as the front yard coffee/restaurant.

It is undoubtedly a fabulous and modern option when you are in Avila. Airy rooms complete with aircon and good towels, competent and attentive staff. The location is magnificent and unbeatable, in the restaurant & bar. The restaurant serves light local food.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city and the renovation maintained the structure of the old building. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tidy. I particularly enjoyed the a la carte breakfast, it was delicious and prepared freshly. The staff members were also very pleasant and accommodating.

During my stay, I had a negative experience in the cafeteria where I was served undercooked minced chicken. Despite my complaints, the issue was not addressed promptly, and I was not offered a refund.

Our double room was airy with aircon. The breakfast with hot food ordered was served in the restaurant. The location was absolutely perfect, short walk to the front yard coffee / restaurant, the historic center, modern rooms and cafeteria on last night, we were in a great area and next to a palace and a cathedral. The service was terrific throughout our stay;)))

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in every aspect. Its prime location within the city walls allows for easy exploration of the beautiful surroundings. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide exceptional service. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, complete with air conditioning for added comfort. The breakfast, including delicious hot food options, can be ordered to start the day off on a high note.
